Leylanding, Reuben Myles Tyghe’s second album as Reuben’s Daughters, finds the UK singer/songwriter pushing the sound of his 2022 debut LP Mami Wata into new and fascinating places—recalling The Sea and Cake’s airy post-rock sonics, the wooly chamber-pop of Super Furry Animals godhead Gruff Rhys, and The Beta Band’s more acoustic moments. Tyghe and his six piece band will embark on a summer tour in support of the record, including appearances at the 2025 Glastonbury Festival, Beautiful Days Festival and here at the Globe at Hay.
